Clients can create individual E-Transfer transactions in the Banking portal using the following steps:
- Navigate to the E-Transfer Tab
- Select the Create E-Transfer Option
- Input the Entry Type and E-Transfer Type
- Populate the Individual Transaction Entry Fields
- Click Submit to Process the Transfer'
Note: If the email and details are already in use, the intended recipient must be chosen from the customer list. If intended recipient is new, use the button next to Customer Name to add.
